Charlie is a native Floridian (yes it’s true…you can check his birth certificate!) You’ll have a fun time working with Charlie as he has a laid-back personality and dry sense of humor. But don’t let that fool you as he is intense at work.
He credits his incredible work ethic to his father whose company did much of the land excavation (clearing out canals, lakes) and helped build homes in Mirasol, PGA National, and the Shores of Jupiter. “Dad was up at 5:30am and worked until 7:30pm. He got that drive from growing up on a farm and taking pride in a job well done.”
Charlie learned construction & Real Estate and can tell you what this area looked like before the booming transformation. Charlie and his wife Michelle have 3 children, and Charlie is actively involved in their schools and athletic associations. He can help point clients who are new to the area to the best schools and sporting organizations nearby.
